Disappointing. Can do better.
Location is convenient
Housekeeping didn’t replace towels and paper cups after cleaning. Only 1 hanger in the room. Towels looks very old. Breakfast coffee machine gives hot chocolate instead of cappuccino as stated on the sign.

Good value for the money
3 minutes walking distance to the train station (that goes to the airport) & old bazaar . 15 minutes walk to a big shopping mall. Free nespresso in the room.
Very hard mattress , low quality pillows , never ending constructions 50 meters away . No water in the toilet which is separate then the bathroom!

Good value. Pleasant staff. Best location.
Great location. Staff were super nice. Everyone made an effort to be courteous and helpful. Doorman Jawad went above and beyond.
My AC barely worked the entire time there. Everything else was okay. I’m not putting down the establishment. They could do with a few upgrades here and there. But overall, decent for the price range.

What was the highlight of Novotel Casablanca City Center
No frills stay in Casablanca
This Novotel was a straightforward hotel that we booked for a couple of nights in transition between the airport and train to Marrakesh. For that purpose, the hotel was just fine. The view from our high floor room was great, looking over the old town and toward the giant Hassan mosque. The location was also ideal for a quick visit to the central market. Breakfast was a nice spread. This place was good for a no-frills inexpensive stay.
The rooms were a bit cramped for a family of 4 but not bad. The restaurant was out of some options for dinner, but it was fine enough as well. The air conditioning was hard to get working as well, and didn't really work in either of the rooms we stayed in (we stayed a night in each direction of our trip). However, the outside air was cool so we just cracked a window.
